Sights for CZ Shadow 2 Carry

This collection contains iron sights for the CZ Shadow 2 Carry. They are made by Angry Bear in the USA and LPA in Italy.

Sights for the CZ Shadow 2 Carry

All sights in this collection are sets of front and rear sight.

Which sights to choose

• You use a red dot: co-witness sights. They are tall enough to see through the red dot window.
• You want to set the elevation: semi-adjustable sights. You set windage by moving the sight in the dovetail.
• You want to zero for your ammunition or shoot competition: adjustable sights. You set windage and elevation with screws.

The sights in detail

• Adjustable sights from LPA, in fiber optic. You set windage and elevation with screws, so you can zero them for your ammunition.
• Semi-adjustable co-witness sights from LPA, in fiber optic, luminescent dots and white dots. They are tall enough for a red dot and you set the elevation with a screw.
• Other sight sets from Angry Bear, in blank, fiber optic and tritium.

How to zero adjustable sights

Shoot a group at a fixed distance. Move the rear sight in the direction you want the point of impact to move: to the right to move hits to the right, up to move hits up. Turn the screw a few clicks at a time and shoot again.

Sight picture

Tritium glows in the dark without charging. Fiber optic collects daylight and shines brightly at the range and in competition. Blank sights have a plain grooved surface without any marks. Luminescent dots charge in light and glow for a while in the dark. White dots give contrast without glowing.

Installation

Most pistol sights sit in a dovetail. You drift the old sight out and the new one in with a sight pusher or a punch. See Installation tools.
