Can I install the rail on my Tikka T3 myself?

Yes, no gunsmith is needed. Clean the receiver and the screws, put a drop of threadlocker on each screw and tighten them evenly to the torque given by the maker.

Which scope rings fit the rail?

Any Picatinny rings, and most Weaver rings. Choose the ring diameter by the main tube of your scope. See Scope rings for Picatinny base.

Does it fit the T3x?

Yes. The rail fits the Tikka T3 and the T3x.
