Scope rings by diameter
(17 products)This collection contains scope rings and mounts sorted by the main tube diameter of the scope. The diameter of the rings must match the tube exactly. The product page of your scope gives it.
- 1 inch (25.4 mm): common on classic hunting scopes. See 1 inch scope rings [25.4mm].
- 30 mm: the most common size today. See 30mm scope rings.
- 34 mm: used by some long-range and tactical scopes. See 34mm scope rings.
Rings by base
Choose also by the base on your rifle:
- Picatinny: rings from JK-N, Contessa and Davika, and Davika QD mounts. See Scope rings for Picatinny base.
- Blaser: a JK-N configurator. See Scope rings for Blaser base.
- Dovetail on the CZ 457 and CZ 600: see Scope rings for dovetail base.

How to find the tube diameter
The main tube diameter is given in the specifications of your scope. In our scope descriptions you find it in the first lines, for example "30mm main tube". If you have no specifications, measure the tube between the turrets and the eyepiece with a caliper. Do not confuse the tube with the objective lens: in "3-9x40" the 40 is the objective lens in mm, not the tube.
Ring height
The height decides how high the scope sits above the base. Davika gives the height from the center of the ring to the bottom of the mount: its RSM-01 rings come in 30, 34 and 38 mm. The Davika one-piece QD mounts come in 34 and 38 mm, the cantilever mounts in 38 mm. The JK-N configurator offers low, medium and high rings. Choose the lowest height that keeps the objective lens clear of the barrel.
Rings for a dovetail or a Blaser base
Not every rifle needs a Picatinny rail. The JK-N and CZ rings for the CZ 457 and CZ 600 clamp directly onto the dovetail on the receiver. For rifles with a Blaser interface, the JK-N configurator has a short base of 114.2 mm and a long base of 139.2 mm. The rings come in 1 inch, 30 mm and 34 mm.
Two rings or a one-piece mount
Two separate rings let you set the spacing along the rail to fit your scope. A one-piece mount holds both rings on one base, so they are always aligned. A cantilever mount moves the scope forward, Davika makes its cantilever mounts for AR-10 and AR-15 rifles.
Material and torque
JK-N, Contessa and the CZ dovetail rings are made of steel. Davika makes its rings and mounts from 7075-T6 aluminium. Steel rings are heavier, aluminium rings save weight. Davika gives a maximum torque of 5 Nm for the clamping plate and 3 Nm for the ring screws. Use a torque screwdriver and do not exceed the values of the maker.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use 30 mm rings on a 1 inch scope?
No. The ring diameter must be the same as the tube diameter.
How do I find the tube diameter?
It is in the specifications of your scope, for example "30mm main tube". Do not confuse it with the objective lens: in "3-9x40" the 40 is the objective lens.
